Pragma provides continuous monitoring and alerting services for cryptocurrency wallet approvals and transactions. We monitor public blockchain data and notify you of potential security risks. We do not:

  • Store or have access to your private keys
  • Execute transactions on your behalf
  • Provide investment or financial advice
  • Guarantee prevention of all security incidents

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
  • Taking action on security alerts (we only notify, you must act)
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Prevention of all security incidents or losses
  • 100% accuracy of alerts or risk assessments
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the service will meet all your requirements

CRYPTOCURRENCY INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK. PAST SECURITY PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE PROTECTION.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAGMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of funds or cryptocurrency
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of use

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pragma, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Pragma and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without written permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
